  All it was a lie, they told me that is small boat 🚢 with maximum 50 people inside so it will be nice for our birthday celebration. It was just the simple ferry ride that everyone can go and buy the tickets in Manhattan to boarding place and is cheaper.

  Disappointed !! The guide didn't arrive to the meeting place We didn't have a battery park tour we were rushed into the ferry and on the liberty park we had only half an hour so we couldn't visit the Museum and in Ellis island the guide just made an introduction without tour of the place at all.

  This is overpriced for what you receive. You are better off going on the ferry and doing this yourself. The guide was not even allowed to give a tour inside the museum. We were told 30 minutes for the Statue of Liberty and 30 minute for Ellis Island. That is not enough time.

  It was not a VIP access. Way too very expensive. Direct ticket purchase would have cost about US $ 15 per person. We spent 30 minutes with the guide in front of the Starbucks and could not understand them. Then we went with 15 minutes explanation to the ship. No tour of the park. Guide was not to be understood, because too fast and very loud spoken. Not ready to talk slower.

  All I received was a 14 dollar ticket! I did not have VIP access nor was there a guide with the exception of the first 20 minutes. Do not use this company!

  This tour is not VIP. The tour guide talked in a whisper voice about what I don't know as I couldn't hear hear. She dropped us off in the park after 30 minutes and gave us a 14.00 ticket, that was the extent of the tour. From there we did everything on our own. Other tours provided guides that did have front of line access, I witnessed them. DO NOT BUY THIS TOUR!!! I have used Viator for a long time and pleased but this was a huge disappointment!

  Leanne was a fun guide that was extremely knowledgeable of the three areas that we toured. She gave us a historical timeline of each area, yet kept us involved and interested! We would highly recommend Leanne as a tour guide!

  This tour company was awful. The lady who met us in the morning was completely unorganized and couldn't figure out what customers were supposed to get wristbands or tickets. The tour started 20 minutes late because she couldn't get her act together. Then, part way into the tour one of the guests realized she wasn't given the correct tickets and we had to wait for that to be corrected. I paid for 4 adults and 1 child (because 2 of the kids were teens) on Viator. They gave me child tickets for the teens (a $10 difference per kid). Our actual guide (Afia) was lovely and excellent at her job - I think she needs to find a new company to work with!

  We wanted to visit the Statue and all the VIP Tickets from main Statue of Liberty website were gone. I purchased this tour only for the VIP entry, otherwise, we would have spent 3+ hours in the other line. It was clear the tour guide was someone who did not have a firm grasp of Lower Manhattan history and just someone that tried to memorize a set tour script. We broke off early from the group and took an earlier ferry.

  Cette visite combinée des deux iles de l'embouchure de l'Hudson que sont Liberty Island et Ellis Island est bien et intéressante. Cependant nous aurions aimé un peu plus de temps (seulement 1h de disponible) sur liberty Island car même en partant tôt (8h45) la foule avec les différentes files d'attente, ne nous ont pas permis de visiter l’intégralité de la partie musée qui est gratuite ni de faire un tour dans le giftshop une fois faite la visite du piédestal de la statue (il semble que la statue elle-même ne soit plus visitable). La visite de Battery Park au départ est symbolique, personnellement je n'ai rien entendu de ce que disait le guide avec le bruit de la circulation. Sinon notre guide était tout ce qu'il y a de plus sympathique.
