Please DO NOT buy tickets for this "tour"!! They have a barely working bus that took three left turns went over a bridge stopped at a gas station for water so it wouldn't over heat. Stopped at a Mojito bar, highly recommend finding this bar SEPARATELY. Stopped at a "Cuban" restaurant, PASS! Then went back over the bridge and asked if we were ready to go on the boat portion of the tour. 😂 We passed. Save your money and ride around Miami on your own!!

Awful experience. Bus was dirty and there was trash all over the top deck, which blows around with the wind. Tour guide had very little knowledge to share and not very articulate. We left at the end of the bus portion and skipped the cruise entirely, so no experience with that.

the tour for the brief city tour was superficial. the tour guide told people what things were but didn't provide additional information nor did the guide offer any historical facts or any kind of interesting tidbits. we were disappointed... However, the boat trip was interesting and enjoyable not because of the view but because the main boat tour guide provided us with all kinds of historical information and facts. It helped to appreciate Miami's early beginnings which provided insight into how Miami and Miami Beach evolved into what they are now. the tour guide did a great job.

The bus tour was great. It was fun and the tour guide was good with people and made the tour fun. I liked the stops the bus made and I liked hearing about all the buildings and areas. The boat tour was fun but it covered the same buildings and houses and boats that the bus talked about. They were both fun but I would recommend either doing the boat OR the bus and NOT both of them.

Tip for bus ride, keep a close watch out for tree limbs, they will hit u in the face!! Good tour!! Boat tour went great also!

Both the bus tour and boat tours were interesting, fun and well described by Miguel! He was pleasant and informative! The only thing that would have been helpful would have been a map or handout showing the areas we would see and a brief description

El viaje en auto bus ya que no pude ir por culpa de la agente encargada lo primero es que no tuvo comunicacion conmigo no me espero en los quioscos y perdi tiempo buscandola ya cuando al fin la veo le pido 5 min para parqueAr el auto y ella me dijo que me diera prisa al montarme al auto ella me llama que el auto bus salio y que perdi el paseo uff fue una mala esperiencia al menos pude hacer el paseo en el barco todo bien limpio y personal muy educado pero de parte de la mujer ella no tuvo comunicacion

Me gusto todo, del paseo 👍 fue una bonita experiencia!! Solo recomiendo que pongan algo en las sillas de arriba porque el sol las calienta mucho y dentro del bus en la parte de abajo que pongan aire, por favor . Pero en general muy bien todo 👍
