This was an amazing tour. If you're susceptible to motion sickness make sure you take Dramamine beforehand. Captain Nick was very knowledgeable and personable and Sonene made sure everyone was included and helped everyone feel comfortable during the snorkeling part of the trip. They both made you feel like you'd been friends for years. The Napali Coast has amazing views of steep mountain cliffs, verdant isolated valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves. Plus we saw lots of dolphins and sea turtles. Nick and Nen pointed out the spots made familiar in movies as well as historical facts. The four-hour tour flew by too fast! My family and I highly recommend this tour and Nick and Nen as your guides!

We had a party of 8 ages 10-55 and we all loved this. The boys loved the boat ride and the waves. The sea caves were amazing and the views are beyond what you expect. We snorkeled with turtles, saw pods of dolphins and had a delicious lunch! I would highly recommend it!

This zodiac tour was amazing!!! Captain Tara and her dive master were very attentive to each party and ensured we were all comfortable and safe at all times. Captain Tara's knoweldge of the land, ocean and Hawaiian history was incredible. The crew went out of their way to make sure we saw turtles and dolphins. At one point we were riding alongside a pack and it truly felt as we were honorary members for a few moments, truly amazing and unforgettable. The boat ride was exhilarating and it made us feel like kids again. We would recommend this adventure to anyone and everyone. Not only is Captain Tara professional and knowledgable but she's also a great human being and a very compassionate person and we really respect her love and passion for the preservation of Kauai's land and sea. Mahalo Captain!

I thought this was awesome! Definitely recommend for those who can swim and who can handle a pretty bumpy ride for 4 hours. Some people got seasick so this boat is definitely not for those who do get sick. Got to see dolphins, turtles and tons of fish!! Overall was an awesome tour and would highly recommend. Would also bring a small towel, they provide the rest! Tara was awesome!

Highlight of our 9 day trip for sure. The crew was awesome and taught us a ton about the history of the Napali Coast which was absolutely fascinating. They were very engaging and the boat ride was a thrill. We were able to see some turtles, dolphins, and some really amazing sea caves. The boat captain is super experienced and you could tell how much he was paying attention to every little detail and every little swell to make sure the boat ride was fun, but also incredibly safe. The smaller group on the boat made for a really fun and personal experience. Highly recommend this tour!

This was absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! It started with my wife asking the front desk for directions. She was meet with an extremely condescending man that provided more insults than help. My daughters were treated horribly on the tour. They received very little help with their gear. Captain Terra yelled at them and I’m still dealing with managing the emotional aftermath of this event. Captain Terra also got both verbally and physically aggressive with my kids due to frustration. My nanny was injured on the boat and denied medical help. My kids and other passengers were sea sick and the captain did nothing. The captain also accused them of “looking bored! I am so disappointed and angry! I am going to seek recourse with multiple entities to rectify this situation! This is not an outing for kids. Captain Terra needs to be ashamed of herself. Avoid this tour at all costs!!!!

My three kids (17, 19, 21) and my 18 year old nephew said this trip was the highlight of our visit to Kauai. The ride itself was fast and exhilarating, the views were gorgeous, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and they got to see several dolphins and other types of sea life. My experience with customer service (in particular, Nen) was also excellent.
